Cut out new chase for new leadwork to be installed.
Install new 12 inch leadwork into parapet all leadwork pointed with lead sealant.
Parapet dried out and new rubber waterproof coating to be applied to entire parapet.
New mesh ball installed over down pipe to prevent debris from blocking down pipe again.
