SPA is a commercial property maintenance company covering London, Greater London, the South East of England (including Cambridge, Watford, Reading, Guilford and Maidstone), South Yorkshire (Sheffield) and the Midlands (including Northampton, Milton Keynes, Luton, Oxford, Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Peterborough, Coventry)

Below are some of the systems that we have in place to ensure peace of mind

All staff undergo health and safety training applicable to their role before starting work with SPA and certificates attached to employee work record.
All staff are given time to fully acquaint themselves with our standard method statements across our various work disciplines.
All sub contractors required to complete PQQ questionnaire and attached to contractor IT record.
Sub contractor insurance details entered on works system with renewal reminder attached to contractor IT record.
Both SPA and Contractor sites visited regularly by SPA contract managers and work practises reviewed.
Risk assessment for each job and specific method statement completed where particular risks attach.

Engineers required to sign off that they have received sufficient training , risk assessment and that any changes to site since that point been considered BEFORE starting each job.
