Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial building in central london where client had reported splits appearing in the roof covering and intermittent problems with water ingress. Area was cleaned and coated in Acyrpol.

Attended commercial property, lifted slabs causing trip hazards and relayed them on a bed of fresh sharp sand. Removed loose kerb stone and relayed in rapid set concrete, topped with cold lay and bitumen spray.
