Roof Edge Protection

Using safety harnesses the team dismantled the existing structure and resembled to meet the height requirement.
Car Park Barriers
Mark Humphreys Evans2020-02-20T18:17:02+02:00Our planned maintenance team attended a retail park in response to a health and safety survey which had indicated that vehicle barriers appeared to be damaged and in disrepair. Our team dug out and replaced two barriers, reset three others and painted all including cutting back hedges that obscured.
Wooden Flooring Repair

Replacement of internal doors

Road Marking

Repairs to prevent water ingress at retail outlet
spaltd2020-01-28T20:25:00+02:00Our preventative maintenance team attended a retail outlet on Oxford Street to investigate and carry out a roof repair due to water ingress.We applied aqua seal , plywood protection over the glazing and aluminium flashings to windows as well as cleaning gutters . Also EPDM used to reline the gutter and water outlet.
Malfunctioning Lock
spaltd2022-02-14T19:00:32+02:00Our reactive team responded to an urgent situation as the front door to a commercial office could not be closed due to a malfunctioning lock and presented a security risk . The lock was adjusted and the problem was resolved.
Refurbishment
