Reactive maintenance to ensure that security isn’t compromised due to frame coming away from external door. The door frame headers had been loosely refitted. The side door was particularly loose – we removed each of the header plates (3 doors) and secured each of them to the framework with stainless steel screws – the doors are still able to be maintained simply by unscrewing the header plate securing screws

Repair of mag lock
Our locksmith attended commercial premises as the mag lock essential for security of the site had broken. The problem was fixed within 2 hours.
New street lights
Electrical installation team fitted 3 new 6 meter street lights in commercial office car park with LEDs. This included groundwork in order to install new electrical cabling for the lights.
Installation palisade fence
Planned maintenance team installed a fabricated palisade fence at an industrial site in order to enhance the security of the site.
Installation Aco drain
Groundworks team installed removed existing damaged drainage channel and installed new ACO drain.
Refurbishment of Fire Escape
As part of a planned maintenance schedule in response to a Fire Risk Assessment we cleaned , applied non slip finish , highlighted nosings, painted fire door and applied D-handle to fire escape and fire exit.
Door Frame Repair
Our carpentry team responded to a reactive maintenance request to repair the door frame of the ladies toilets in an office building.
