Our reactive maintenance team attended a commercial building. The tenants were having issues accessing the building due to a faulty door. The team removed the doors. Lifted threshold and broke out broken pivot bases. Fitted new bases to floor and resecured threshold strip. Changed pivot bearings on both doors. Rehung doors and adjusted to ensure correct closing.
