Installation of the intumescent strip – 15 mm white brush and adjustment to the door to achieve correct gaps and soft closing.
We will provide a Certificate of Conformity for compliant Passive Fire Protection works completed to manufacturers’ tests & installation methods if fire strategy drawings are provided or if building owner confirms the fire rating of all fire compartments in the absence of fire strategy drawings.

Team attended a commercial building and identified, sourced and replaced lock.
Health and safety hazard repair
Our team attended an industrial park where some steps had become a Health and Safety hazard. Lifted , cleaned and relaid the slabs on a new bed of mortar and painted step nosings.

Our reactive team were called to a retail park in order to remove an electric entrance barrier.

Decorating
After a number of leaks our decorating team attended a commercial building to redecorate the staircases and landings. Initially stain block was applied followed by two coats of matt emulsion.
Floor replacement
Our flooring team attended a hospital and replaced corridor flooring. This was done over two weekends so as not to disrupt patients.
