At SPA we look to see how we can add some value to all the areas that we help our clients with. We recently featured our furniture and lighting tie up with SCP, this month we talk to Stuart Holmes of Academy Signs.

Hi Stuart in simple terms what service do Academy Signs provide?

Academy Signs offers a full service solution for any signage requirements. The whole approach is customer centric, we have built a concierge customer experience starting with design through to manufacture and full installation. We don’t out source any part of the process so we can guarantee customer satisfaction every time. The hardest thing for our customers is to find a reliable signage partner who can handle the process for them and that’s why customers chose Academy Signs.

and if you like what are you able to add to the process?

From the first contact we take control of the process. Every job starts with a full site survey where we hear the brief, assess and measure the site and build a visual record of the site into our contact manager. At the same time we also build a record bank of any existing signage so the client has a central data bank of everything on their inventory. From that point our design team gets involved and works with the client to produce the perfect visual solution they are working towards. It’s then onto the manufacturing process which is all handled in house at our production facility in Richmond and then finally into the hands of our experienced installation teams who are all full time Academy Signs employees for a high quality fitting. The whole journey is handled by us in house so we deliver the perfect customer experience every time.

Is your service more expensive than other ‘off the shelf’ options?

We offer a cost effective high value service which is why our customers remain so loyal. Our service will be more expensive than off the shelf companies. We view the relationship with our clients as partnership. Its our responsibility to help them build their brand successfully so that each of them can fully maximise their full market potential.

Thank you for you time Stuart!
