Our groundworks team attended site – lifted areas of dropped and risen block paving that had created a trip hazard in the car park at either side of the building. Cleaned out base and using sharp sand reset blocks back into place. Sweeped in kiln sand to secure blocks into place.

Workman attended to ensure that all signage left by previous tenant was removed in preparation for new tenants’ arrival.

A locksmith attended to ensure that window locks operated effectively and hence were effective in securing the building.
