Our preventative maintenance team attended a central London office building to
Remove all 5 existing hatches.
Install new MF ceiling where it has been cut out.
Install new 100mm insulation where the old has been removed.
Plasterboard using 15mm soundboard and 12.5mm plasterboard to match the existing.
Cut out plasterboard and install 5 new 1200mm x 600mm access hatches.
