Our reactive maintenance team attended a commercial centre in order to investigate and solve a water ingress issue
‘ We attended site as proposed, after a visual inspection internally, we related it to the box gutter externally – after sweeping and cleaning the box gutter area we were then able to carry out an inspection of the gutter lining – we found a tear at the upstand interface, local to the internal ingress staining. As such we heat applied a roof sealing patch to the length of the gutter bay, we also mastic pointed the upstand to brickwork interface.’‘
