Planned Preventative Maintenance
We work with our clients to ensure that we put planned preventative maintenance schedules in place to ensure that unexpected problems don’t occur. This includes gutter clearing, servicing of atomic barriers, roll shutters, servicing of valves in high pressure water systems, emergency light testing.

Refurbishment and repair of offices during quiet periods.
Often the refurbishment and repair of busy commercial premises and external areas can be delayed due to the disruption or business interruption caused by large jobs and/or the additional cost of performing these tasks ‘out of hours’.
Plumbing Installation
Our plumbing team attended a commercial building in order to adapt existing pipework, install a cold water feed tape and adapt the waste removal pipe in order to allow the installation of a a dishwasher.
Roof Edge Protection
Our preventive maintenance team attended a commercial building as a health and safety report had indicated that the roof edging should be increased in height. Using safety harnesses the team dismantled the existing structure and resembled to meet the height requirement.
Car Park Barriers
Our planned maintenance team attended a retail park in response to a health and safety survey which had indicated that vehicle barriers appeared to be damaged and in disrepair. Our team dug out and replaced two barriers, reset three others and painted all including cutting back hedges that obscured.
Groundworks
Our groundworks team reset and concreted in two bollards at an industrial site where HGVs had been colliding with the bollards previously.
