Preventative Maintenance
Our Planned and Preventative Maintenance teams work with clients throughout , London, Greater London and The South East of England to ensure we put in place an effective maintenance schedule, including gutter cleaning, drainage clearance and groundworks, giving confidence that the fabric and infra-structure of the site are being maintained in good order, minimising unexpected problems.

Fire Stopping
Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial site where a fire risk assessment had identified some weakness in the fire stopping of the basement electrical cupboard.
Paving Replacement
Our groundworks team attended a retail centre due to a potential health and safety hazard.
Entrance door repairs
Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial building in Canary Wharf in order to service double glass doors which had not been operating correctly.
Refurbishment and repair of offices during quiet periods.
Often the refurbishment and repair of busy commercial premises and external areas can be delayed due to the disruption or business interruption caused by large jobs and/or the additional cost of performing these tasks ‘out of hours’.

Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial property to refurbish some of the outside areas.
Roof Edge Protection
Our preventive maintenance team attended a commercial building as a health and safety report had indicated that the roof edging should be increased in height. Using safety harnesses the team dismantled the existing structure and resembled to meet the height requirement.
