Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial office out of hours in order to relay a new carpet on the stairs and new flooring in entrance hall and bathrooms. Applied stair nosing and room separators were added as required.

Workman attended to ensure that all signage left by previous tenant was removed in preparation for new tenants’ arrival.

A locksmith attended to ensure that window locks operated effectively and hence were effective in securing the building.

Installation of fire doors - SPA have a number of years experience of responding to Fire risk assessments and Health and Safety surveys.
