Our planned maintenance team sent a 2 man team to an industrial park to break out damaged 3 kerb stones and 2 paving slabs that were a potential health and safety hazard and then supply and install 3 new kerb stones and 2x 600×900 paving slabs

Our team attended an industrial park where some steps had become a Health and Safety hazard. Lifted , cleaned and relaid the slabs on a new bed of mortar and painted step nosings.

Decorating
After a number of leaks our decorating team attended a commercial building to redecorate the staircases and landings. Initially stain block was applied followed by two coats of matt emulsion.
