Due to water ingress we carried out a detailed inspection of all membranes and fittings and gave a full report to the client along with potential works to rectify the problem. We also identified and specified the areas that should still be covered under warranty from the original roofing company that repacked the roof allowing the client to potentially make a specific and detailed claim.
