Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial building in order to service and seal a flat roof above a 10 story lift shaft to ensure that there would be no water ingress in to the lift shaft and thus preventing any future issues with the lift and its mechanical parts

Reactive maintenance - to reinstall a parking bollard at an industrial site. Removed old bollard cemented in new one and left the site tidy.
Fitting of motion sensor and external light
Planned preventative maintenance, electrical installation. Fitting motion sensors and an external light to the rear of a commercial office to increase security for staff and visitors.
