Our carpentry team attended a Mayfair office building in order to restore the vanity units in the washrooms that had suffered water damage. They:
- Supplied and installed replacement doors to the:
– 5th,4th,3rd and 2nd female
– 4th , 3rd and 2nd male - replaced Vanity Panel @ 462mm x 462mm on 18mm MR MDF core faced front & rear in Alpi wood veneer laminate 10.97 both sides. Hardwood Oak lipped.
- Concealed all edges with a stain finish as close as possible to laminate colour. Each panel drilled for 3 hinges.
- Supplied and fit new hinges to each door.
RECENT JOBS
Roof Edge Protection
Our preventive maintenance team attended a commercial building as a health and safety report had indicated that the roof edging should be increased in height. Using safety harnesses the team dismantled the existing structure and resembled to meet the height requirement.
Car Park Barriers
Our planned maintenance team attended a retail park in response to a health and safety survey which had indicated that vehicle barriers appeared to be damaged and in disrepair. Our team dug out and replaced two barriers, reset three others and painted all including cutting back hedges that obscured.
Wooden Flooring Repair
Our carpentry team attended in order to repair wooden flooring at the request of tenant. It was found that runs were loosely fitted and so were refitted to satisfaction of tenant.
Replacement of internal doors
Our decorating team replaced doors leading onto stair case from second floor lobby and painted with 1 coat of undercoat and 2 top coats gloss
Road Marking
Our line marking team visited a retail park to remark centre lines, double yellow lines and a pedestrian crossing.
Repairs to prevent water ingress at retail outlet
Our preventative maintenance team attended a retail outlet on Oxford Street to investigate and carry out a roof repair due to water ingress.We applied aqua seal , plywood protection over the glazing and aluminium flashings to windows as well as cleaning gutters . Also EPDM used to reline the gutter and water outlet.
