Our preventative maintenance team attended a retail centre in response to a Fire Risk Assessment. That assessment had indicated the need for a replacement fire door. The team removed the old door and added intumescent strips and fire rated hinges.

Our team attended an industrial park where some steps had become a Health and Safety hazard. Lifted , cleaned and relaid the slabs on a new bed of mortar and painted step nosings.
