Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial building following a FRA in order to: install 3 hand rails from galvanised steel poles fixed into brackets fixed to the wall either side of the riser
Install signage to new rails “No access”
Install signs on insulation stating “Do not stand here”

Preparation for New Tennants
Workman attended to ensure that all signage left by previous tenant was removed in preparation for new tenants’ arrival.
Locksmith / Window Locks
A locksmith attended to ensure that window locks operated effectively and hence were effective in securing the building.
Installation of Fire Doors
Installation of fire doors - SPA have a number of years experience of responding to Fire risk assessments and Health and Safety surveys.
Maintenance of Delivery Access
Servicing and maintenance of ground floor delivery doors including door adjustment , sealing strip to prevent heat loss and re positioning of gears.
