Installation of ramp at office building as part of planned maintenance review following a heath and safety audit. Ramp consisted of a Plywood skeleton and then overclad with a single sheet of Chequer plate folded at each end.

Carry out an initial survey of the totem sign utilising a powered access machine to assess the existing framework and fixings. Advised on additional supports required internally to add strength.

There were reports of water ingress effecting an industrial premises so our gutters team were sent to investigate.
