SPA starts ISO accreditation and FDIS certification
As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement and raising standards, SPA have this month started the process of gaining ISO accreditation.

Refurbishment of external areas
Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial property to refurbish some of the outside areas.
Plumbing Installation
Our plumbing team attended a commercial building in order to adapt existing pipework, install a cold water feed tape and adapt the waste removal pipe in order to allow the installation of a a dishwasher.
Roof Edge Protection
Our preventive maintenance team attended a commercial building as a health and safety report had indicated that the roof edging should be increased in height. Using safety harnesses the team dismantled the existing structure and resembled to meet the height requirement.
