As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement and raising standards, SPA have this month started the process of gaining ISO accreditation.
We will be focusing on the following areas and aim to gain accreditation this summer, 2020.
- ISO 9001 – Quality management
- ISO – 14001 – Environmental management
- ISO – 45001 – Heath and Safety management
Likewise Antonina Sztal one of our contract managers has just just started studying for the Fire Door Inspection Scheme ( FDIS) in order to quality as a certified fire door inspector. We are confident that she will achieve accreditation in the next 6 months.

Our groundworks team attended an industrial site where a health and safety report had indicated that some paving slabs were a potential trip hazard.

Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial building following a FRA in order to: install 3 hand rails from galvanised steel poles fixed into brackets fixed to the wall either side of the riser.
