Line Marking
Our groundworks team attended following a health and safety review and improved the marking for pedestrians in a commercial carpark.

We attended site following a fire risk assessment and fitted a digital lock to the common parts electrical riser.

Following a health and safety review that identified a number of slip hazards our groundworks team attended and relaid the block paving round a manhole cover.

Temporary roof repairs
Our roofing team carried out temporary commercial roof repairs to a commercial building prior to more substantive replacement in the next financial year. EPDM and liquid resin were applied.
Decorating and refurbishment
Our decorating team attended and repainted a complete flat for an investment landlord prior to new tenants moving in.
Lock replacement
Our locksmith attended a commercial building in order to replace a lock so that there was a thumb turn on the inside to allow people to exit the building without a key.
Relay paving stones
The groundworks team attended a retail park where damaged paving stones represented a trip hazard and relaid.
