Often as a result of health and Safety assessments or damage to walls and building fabric SPA are called upon to instal or replace parking bollards and safety barriers in car parks. These help to both protect buildings and separate motor vehicles from pedestrians.

Car Park Barriers
Our planned maintenance team attended a retail park in response to a health and safety survey which had indicated that vehicle barriers appeared to be damaged and in disrepair. Our team dug out and replaced two barriers, reset three others and painted all including cutting back hedges that obscured.
Groundworks
Our groundworks team reset and concreted in two bollards at an industrial site where HGVs had been colliding with the bollards previously.
Installation of solar bollards
Following a health and safety review our groundworks team attended an industrial site and installed solar powered bollards.
Wall construction and handrail replacement
Our groundworks team visited an industrial park in order to reconstruct a damaged wall and replace and reattach a handrail.
Height Restrictor
As part of a planned maintenance schedule we fabricated and fitted a height restrictor at a retail park to improve traffic management.
