This month we meet Charles Thompson, Partner at Farebrother and Chairman of CORFAC International.

So Charlie tell us a little about Farebrother and what you guys do?

Farebrother are celebrating their 220 anniversary this year and have always been based in the Midtown central London specialising in Central London commercial property;

What would you say marks you out?

We have also looked at other areas of the market and at what our clients wanted so over the last 5/6 years we have created 4 Joint ventures in connection with Tuckerman Commercial based in Victoria.

With the changing market in London especially we really need to reach out to more international clients and opportunities so we joined CORFAC International where I am now the international Chair which is wonderful group of likeminded business like Farebrother working together. www.corfac.com

Sounds like you’re always busy! Outside of work how do you like to spend your time?

I am married with three lovely children – 13 & 11 year old boys and a 6 year old princess. Weekends I am pretty much a taxi to sport and dance! I am an ex (average) player at London Welsh where I also coach the U14s on Sundays. Its lovely to put back into a club that I played at for over 15 years. Love golf but awful at it and spending a lot of time down in Pembrokeshire when I can.
