Often the refurbishment and repair of busy commercial premises and external areas can be delayed due to the disruption or business interruption caused by large jobs and/or the additional cost of performing these tasks ‘out of hours’.
With many offices currently asking employees to work off site in order to avoid busy work environments this may present an opportunity to perform some of the tasks that have been delayed as ‘there is never a right time’
Some of the work we have been asked to prepare for in the coming weeks by clients include:
- Reception refurbishment – painting and floor replacement
- Car park re-lining
- Access road resurfacing
- Demolition and reconstruction of car park wall.
If you would like us to help out with anything similar over the next few weeks do please give us a call.
A SELECTION OF OTHER COMPLETED REFURBISHMENT JOBS:
Bike shelter construction
Our groundworks team attended a commercial site to install 6m cantilever cycle shelter.
Replacement of internal doors
Our decorating team replaced doors leading onto stair case from second floor lobby and painted with 1 coat of undercoat and 2 top coats gloss
Road Marking
Our line marking team visited a retail park to remark centre lines, double yellow lines and a pedestrian crossing.
