Our planned maintenance team attended a retina site and renewed the wooden knee rail fence. They then repaired the metal barrier attached to sub-station and finally replaced the area of damaged block paving and kerb stone to the left of sub-station which was a potential health and safety issue.

A locksmith attended to ensure that window locks operated effectively and hence were effective in securing the building.

Installation of fire doors - SPA have a number of years experience of responding to Fire risk assessments and Health and Safety surveys.
Maintenance of Delivery Access
Servicing and maintenance of ground floor delivery doors including door adjustment , sealing strip to prevent heat loss and re positioning of gears.
