Planned maintenance – Refurbishment of toilets in office due to rising damp. We removed all existing flaking paintwork and prepared the area using hot air blowers (to dry the plaster out) then sanded. We then applied 2 coats of Stain Blocker (special waterproof coating that prevents stains from coming through fresh paint). When this was dry we then emulsioned the urinal back and side walls using Johnstones durable moisture resistant and washable acylic paint.

Our electrical installation team were asked to attend a business park to check the installation of a number of internal and external LED lights.

We attended a site at a commercial business park to carry out a brief roof inspection and then remedial works as considered necessary due to water ingress.

Following a health and safety review our groundworks team attended an industrial site and installed solar powered bollards.

As part of a planned maintenance programme our team visited a commercial building and cleared all act channels and covers, all gutters and other floor drainage.
