Planned maintenance – Refurbishment of toilets in office due to rising damp. We removed all existing flaking paintwork and prepared the area using hot air blowers (to dry the plaster out) then sanded. We then applied 2 coats of Stain Blocker (special waterproof coating that prevents stains from coming through fresh paint). When this was dry we then emulsioned the urinal back and side walls using Johnstones durable moisture resistant and washable acylic paint.

Christmas tree installation
Our reactive Elves team purchased a number of Christmas trees and decorations for a large commercial building in Cambridge. Trees were then installed and decorated.
Temporary roof repairs
Our roofing team carried out temporary commercial roof repairs to a commercial building prior to more substantive replacement in the next financial year. EPDM and liquid resin were applied.
Decorating and refurbishment
Our decorating team attended and repainted a complete flat for an investment landlord prior to new tenants moving in.
Lock replacement
Our locksmith attended a commercial building in order to replace a lock so that there was a thumb turn on the inside to allow people to exit the building without a key.
Relay paving stones
The groundworks team attended a retail park where damaged paving stones represented a trip hazard and relaid.
Collapsed Manhole Cover
Our groundworks team attended an industrial park in order to repair frame and cover of collapsed manhole highlighted by a health and safety review. .
