We can provide all your commercial property maintenance requirements throughout London, Greater London and the south east of England whether reactive maintenance or planned maintenance.

We have qualified and experienced tradesman covering commercial plumbing, electrical installation, groundworks and carpentry (including Fire Risk Assessment work), decorating and metal fabrication.  We are also qualified to work at heights on gutter cleaning, glazing or other requirements.

Preventative Maintenance

Together we will establish the optimum solution for your budget and timescales. We will source and manage any specialists needed to supplement our trained teams so that you contract and communicate with one company.

Commercial Cleaning

We can take away the time you spend managing a separate company or individual cleaners. Our cleaning teams will work mornings or evenings depending upon your business needs. If you have specific requirements let us know and we can develop a plan together.

24 Hour Callout

Our 24 hour call out service is for existing clients who occasionally have urgent requirements after 1700hrs , weekends and bank holidays.

Car Park Barriers

Our planned maintenance team attended a retail park in response to a health and safety survey which had indicated that vehicle barriers appeared to be damaged and in disrepair. Our team dug out and replaced two barriers, reset three others and painted all including cutting back hedges that obscured.

Wooden Flooring Repair

Our carpentry team attended in order to repair wooden flooring at the request of tenant. It was found that runs were loosely fitted and so were refitted to satisfaction of tenant.

Road Marking

Our line marking team visited a retail park to remark centre lines, double yellow lines and a pedestrian crossing.

Malfunctioning Lock

Our reactive team responded to an urgent situation as the front door to a commercial office could not be closed due to a malfunctioning lock and presented a security risk . The lock was adjusted and the problem was resolved.

Refurbishment

Our refurbishment team attended and replaced missing plasterboard and filled as required and painted entire wall in white emulsion.

Brickwork Repair

Following the identification of a pillar in disrepair our reactive maintenance team attended site. They toothed out all broken brick work in the pillar and re-layed new bricks to rebuild the pillar.

FRA Response

Our maintenance team attended a central London office to deal with recommendations post a Fire Risk Assessment. One of which was to relocate the fire extinguishers.

Groundworks

Our groundworks team reset and concreted in two bollards at an industrial site where HGVs had been colliding with the bollards previously.

Electrical Works

Our electrical installation team were asked to attend a business park to check the installation of a number of internal and external LED lights.
