Planned maintenance in response to a health and safety review. We carried out various groundworks including pothole repair and tarmac repair where the road was in poor condition and presented a trip hazard. Old parking bollard holes that were no longer used were also filled with concrete so that they did not present any risk to third parties.

Our planned maintenance team attended a premier Mayfair office - repainted all walls and ceilings in common areas out of hours.
Clearing blocked gutters and downpipes
Our reactive maintenance team attended a commercial site where the bike store was suffering water ingress from a flooded roof due to the gutters and downpipes being blocked.
Sealing of flat roof above lift shaft
Our planned maintenance team attended a commercial building in order to service and seal a flat roof above a 10 story lift shaft to ensure that there would be no water ingress in to the lift shaft and thus preventing any future issues with the lift and its mechanical parts
Installation of access hatches
Our planned maintenance team attended a site in Canary Wharf and installed 4 * access hatched into the rear of kitchen cupboards to facilitate easy access to utilities
New post and sign
Our planned maintenance team attended an industrial site and installed a new standing post and 15mph speed sign as a health and safety measure.
Replacement of damaged safety barrier
Our planned maintenance team team attended an industrial site in order to repair a damaged safety barrier which was a potential health and safety risk.
